At Petzie, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return and refund process.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Returns must be requested before shipping back the item.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (e.g., pet treats, food)

Personalized or custom items

Gift cards

Items marked as final sale

Used pet grooming or hygiene products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
